Here’s a look at the events, designs, and moments I’ve had the joy of bringing to life. From community-wide celebrations to cozy, handcrafted gatherings, each project reflects my love for meaningful details, thoughtful planning, and creating spaces that feel just right.
From large-scale parades and community festivals to intimate celebrations like birthday parties, baby showers, and small business openings, I bring creative energy and thoughtful design to every event I help shape. Whether I’m coordinating logistics, designing decor, or crafting the overall vibe, I tailor each experience to match the moment—and make it memorable.
For the grand reopening of Lighthouse Ice Cream, I supported the celebration by creating fun, family-friendly design elements that helped bring the space to life. I designed custom coloring pages, made “Name the Octopus” flyers, and handcrafted ice cream-themed centerpieces and decor. I also helped promote the event and added thoughtful touches to make the day feel festive and welcoming for the community.
I planned and produced a joyful, family-friendly Easter celebration that brought over 200 people together for brunch, music, and an epic egg hunt. From coordinating vendors and volunteers to designing the layout, decor, and comfort touches (like seating and shade), I handled every detail with care. Highlights included a make-your-own mimosa bar, live DJ, a giant open-space egg hunt, and thoughtful amenities that made it fun and easy for families to relax and connect.
As Co-Chair of the Ocean Beach Holiday Parade and lead of the Staging Team, I was responsible for managing all 83 float entries—from creating the registration process and organizing participant communications to coordinating check-in, lineup, and float flow on parade day. Over several months, I handled behind-the-scenes logistics, volunteer coordination, marketing support, and design of promotional materials and signage. The result was a smooth and spirited OB Holiday Parade.
From full room remodels to small-space makeovers, this section features some of the environments I’ve transformed. Whether it’s a cozy corner, a creative studio, or a full home refresh, I focus on designing spaces that feel intentional, inviting, and aligned with the people who use them. Every project is grounded in mood, flow, and function—with plenty of personality woven in.
I led the complete transformation of an underutilized outdoor area at Dewey Elementary into a vibrant reading garden—all in a single day. I created the design plan, managed the budget, sourced all materials, and coordinated a team of volunteers for a live, one-day makeover. We tackled major landscaping, cleared overgrowth, built pathways, and added thoughtful details to make the space inviting and functional. It was a fast-paced project that turned a neglected corner into a refreshed space.
I redesigned the Dewey teachers’ lounge to create a more welcoming, functional, and calming space for staff. From layout planning and paint and wall paper selection to sourcing furniture, decor, and organizational solutions, I handled every detail of the transformation. The goal was to turn a worn-out, utilitarian room into a space where teachers could truly take a break and feel appreciated. The result was a refreshed space that reflects the care and hard work these educators give every day.
With four kids in a small home, we set out to completely redesign our space to better fit our family’s needs. My husband and I handled the entire remodel ourselves—from layout changes and wall removal to new flooring, paint, baseboards, plumbing, electrical, appliances, and lighting. I led the design and project management, and always got my hands dirty. We transformed the kitchen, bathroom, bedrooms and main living areas to maximize every inch—proving that even a small home can feel just right.
